Our original sweetfire recipe enhanced with pineapple tidbits.
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1/4 c. Stripling's Pineapple Sweet Fire, drained and chopped*
- 2 individual cloves fresh garlic, minced finely
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 c. diced fresh pear
- Dash of salt, if needed
Mash avocado flesh with fork to desired consistency. Add Stripling's Pineapple Sweet Fire, garlic, lemon juice, pear, and (if necessary) salt. Can be eaten at room temperature or chilled for several hours. Perfect for serving with nachos or other tortilla type chips; also good with crackers. *1 (16 ounce) jar of Stripling's Pineapple Sweet Fire will meet the recipe requirement and leave a nice amount remaining for snacking or other uses!
